CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Dark Room Esthetics. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking and cancellation policies: ✨Booking Policy✨ Appointments must be booked in advance through the approved booking website or directly with your esthetician. A valid card on file may be required to secure your appointment. By booking, you agree to all policies listed below. ✨Arrival Time✨ Please arrive on time for your appointment. 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment will be considered late. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delaying other clients, and the full service price will still apply. ✨Cancellation Policy✨ I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No call, no shows will also be charged a 100% fee of the scheduled service. This fee will be charged to the card on file. ✨Rescheduling✨ Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. ✨No Call, No Show Policy✨ Failure to show up without any communication will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. Repeated no call, no shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. ✨Card on File✨ A card may be required to be kept on file for all appointments. This is used strictly in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy. ✨Respect for Time✨ Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments impact both your esthetician and other clients who may be waiting for availability.
